@Anonymous User I applied for broadband in August received my router pack plugged it all in nothing rang customer service time and time again it’s now the 28th November I still have no internet I am studying to do a diploma I have not been able to study I have 4 children who I cannot drag around with me to get some internet I am really unhappy with this service and would like some compensation as it states from 1st April you are giving customers compensation if needed
