Hi I've not had Internet since yesterday morning.

OpenReach own and maintain the network, NOW just piggyback off it. Keep calling daily until it’s sorted 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Call the team using the link I’ve provided in this thread. 
Staff don’t regularly post on the forum. If they would as it’s for broadband they would tell you to call the broadband team.
