NowTV cancelled my order for phone and broadband about 2 weeks after a failed attempt to go live (they messed something up). I still have the brand new router that was sent, unused and unopened. How do I return this and get a refund of the router fee? I don't want to send it back to be recycled because it hasn't even been opened! Can I just return to sender at the post office, for example?
