After talking to Talktalk since November about slow speed , Sir I can upgrade your package to 64 mbps and you’ll get it tomorrow I’m on 34 mbps but only getting 1.5 mbps so give me what I pay for! Sorry sir we will have to send out a engineer which will incur a cost of £40-£60 that you will have to pay ......🤯 no if you can supply me 64mbps on a “NEW contract “ tomorrow how do I need an engineer to come out and check today ???
after 2months of hours of phone calls I changed over to Now yesterday instantly 60+mbps without an engineer calling 😁 let’s hope it stays that way
