I recently put in a request for change of address and move of existing NOW Broadband package. I was given a date and all the details and settled in to wait. I had an email today to say it had been cancelled. I didn't cancel it and I haven't changed my mind. Which leaves technical issues but nothing is specified. Anyone else have this problem. It now leaves me with no internet and having now to start looking for a different supplier. Any advice would be welcomed.

I had already spoken to an Agent to arrange the move and she reassured me all was well which is why I am totally confused. There is an existing phone line and she even told me what my broadband speed would be in that area.
