New NOW TV abroad and but doesn’t work upstairs??

Can someone help with this... the box has been in situ for 2 weeks.. we hoped it was teething problems but we still have no signal upstairs in our cottage.. it’s quite a small place and we never had issues with SKY broadband previously....

Does the nowtv box work anywhere else around the house or is this the second box in the house where the other nowtv box works ?

 

When you say that you have no signal is that a WiFI signal or a blank TV screen with the no signal message shown on the TV HDMI input source ?

 

If there is no WiFi signal upstairs from the nowtv box, perhaps try the trouble shooting steps in this help guide.

Edit ~ I am assuming we are talking about a nowtv box and not a nowtv hub router ?

Now tv broadband box ... frustrating.... no one to talk to and no obvious solution with a year looming ahead. Didn’t do my homework before I signed up clearly.
