New Customer Not Happy Still Not Received a Hub

Ordered Broadband late March was told going live 8th April, Did not receive a hub, hence no internet, Numerous phone calls later and so say 3 hubs sent later, Trying to blame Royal Mail, Manager was going to email me back, (I've had no reply) Still No Hubs. Shocking Service.

Hi, I'm just wondering if you eventually received your hub? as I'm having the exact same problem. I joined with now TV on the 6th of may, my go live date is tomorrow (21st) and i still haven't received my hub. I've told them if I don't get the hub by Friday, I'm not paying them and going with someone else. Hope they have sorted yours out by now! Best wishes and stay safe
