Any way of cancelling a 24 hour subscription?  There are no tel numbers and no online help.

Are you talking about the sports Day membership?

The day membership will remain on your active for 12 months until you activate it.

 

If you want a refund for whatever reason you’ll need to jump onto live chat. Using the method in my signature below.

Thank you.  It's crazy I have to 'make a complaint' instead of just contacting customer service as such.
