Reading the T&C's on the nowtv website under the Broadband & Telephone offers it says "After 12 months, standard price applies which is currently £25.99 per month for Brilliant Broadband.
The above is based on a current price has of todays date, but who knows what price increase Sky / NowTV will introduce in 12 months time to their customers.
After the 12 month contract period is up you could always try to re negotiate a new deal with NowTV or look at a better deal if available with another provider and switch.
