My account has been charged, but my broadband is not live

Hello, can someone help me please? My account has been charged, but they found some technical issues and I need to wait for an engineer to visit me, but they charged like my broadband is working...

You will need to get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team and ask them for a credit and not to charge you until your Broadband goes live or is fixed.
