Moving now broadband to my new home

Hi,

 

I'm moving to a new home and called the number provided on the website (03300412462) to arrange the installation and was told to call 0333200800. My problem is that this number doesn't work! Is there an email address to contact Now or does anyone have the correct number?

The Moving Home number that you seen on the NowTV website under your  Broadband account seems correct to me (see screen shot below).

Maybe try the number tomorrow morning after 8am.

 

Or alternatively try this number or email address on these two screen shots below.

The first number (from the website)worked but after they checked my identity, they said I should call the second number I mentioned.

Because i don't work for NowTV (customer just like you) i am not familiar with the second number you quoted.

 

I am assuming you are the account holder of the Broadband account that needs a home move ?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If that's the case, i don't know why the NowTV Staff Member who took the first call (using the moving home number from your account website page )wasn't able to assist you.

 

What i would try tomorrow after 8am onwards is to phone the alternative number on my screen shot and if no joy with that number, try the Broadband complaints number on the link that i posted.

 

Hopefully somebody should be able to assist you further from those two telephone numbers.

I'm not sure either... I'll do what you suggested and hopefully this should get sorted quickly. Thank you for your help!
