How do i go about moving my services to a new adress without ringing, as i have been trying for a week with no answer just constantly on hold

If you can't get through to the NowTV Broadband Team over the phone (eveytime i have needed to call them i usually get through anywhere from 5min to 20min depending how busy the hepline number is).
Then you could try the live chat service or drop them a message from this link page below.

Or wait and see if a NowTV Staff member picks up your post from here (which is extremely unlikely).
