Missed direct debit

Hello, I have missed the direct debit payment, can you please advise if another attempt will be made or I will have to pay manually.

You don’t speak to staff in relation to broadband account issues. Best to have a nosy on this to see about paying it yourself by checking the last couple of paragraphs.

From my understanding is that they don’t try again. It is only TV memberships that is attempted for the next couple of days and that’s because it isn’t a direct debit.

I cant see anything in the outstanding payments section yet. Is it that I
cannot pay until the outstanding payment appears in the account?
