My go live date was today just have the power signal and wireless signal the internet light hasn’t turned on its 11:33 and I don’t think it will turn on within the next 27 mins I’ve turned on and off waited half a hour read a few chats and gone of what people was saying but still no hope any solutions?

You will have to call the broadband team to find out what’s going on. Most likely an issue with OpenReach as NOW are fully reliant on them for setting you up and maintaining the network.

Spoke to them seems it’s a problem with the socket got open reach coming out next week to fix thanks for the help
