Live date

So it's my live date and it says in technical check that I haven't paid my current bill. But on my bill page it says I owe nothing. How can I pay the amount if it's not on my bill list? Or has it not been taken yet because I'm not live yet?

Just ignore the message it's a software bug in the nowtv system.

I also had this message that i owed them money when i switched to nowtv broadband so there is nothing to worry about.

You should find after about 7 to 14 days the message will disappear.

So was there a time roughly you went live on your lice date or is it random?

It could be anytime up until midnight.

I have setup two nowtv broadband accounts now and one went live about 7pm where the second went live about 8pm on the switch over activation date.

Would suggest plugin the Hub router and leave it switch on and wait until you get the three green solid lights on the front of the router then you should be good to go to use the new internet service.
