Hi,
I've just waited 45 minutes on hold and then I get hung up on without somebody saying anything - ridiculous!
My live date has been pushed back from the 31st August to the 5th September. This is going to make things really difficult for us as we set the internet up with NOW under the impression we would have the internet live as soon as we move in.
We really need the internet to go live on the 31st August. Please advise.
Also I am currently living in a different property to the one I am installing the broadband. I have put the delivery address of the router to my current home, but read earlier that this isn't dispatched until a few days before the live date. Can you please dispatch the router asap so I will have it delivered before I move out of my current address.
