Line not activated - no way to get help

Posting here in the hope of something - despite trying over the last week I can't get anywhere on live chat or ringing up!

Ordered fibre broadband last month, due to go live end of August, but now still not activated, on my account it just says "we're getting it ready" and I can't find any other useful updates.

Three weeks overdue, it definitely feels like nothing is ever going to happen, I'd just place an order with a different ISP by this point except I've already invested my £10 set up fee!
