Leaving after 5yrs as gone totally mad now

Had problems over a month no internet then phone outrage so no landline, put in complaints as had  open reach out twice contact customer services as never get back to update me so rather looking to do a switch instead of hitting a brick wall

If it was an Openreach issue, then it would affect any ISP trying to offer you the same broadband service.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Open reach are working on the green box but one day its internet speed down then phone line down,internet speed ok for now,just never get any feedback from customer services but thanks for your answer
