Landline

Hi Team

I have a problem with my landline.  shows that there has been a fault on the line from 17/11/22, no one can contact me by landline, initially when I checked the line it was continuously engaged now it is continuously ringing but still cannot take a call or make a call.  I was promised it would be fixed by 13/01/23.  Checked my status today and it states 'no phone service'.   What more can I do?

Hate to say that you never speak to broadband/landline support on here. You will always be directed to calling the broadband team.

2 months with no landline is terrible !
