Just signed up for Now Broadband but.....

I've just signed up (yesterday actually) to have my Broadband with Now TV but am intrigued to know why Now TV have just charged me 10p for help!  And what Help as I've not contacted them or received anything from them yet!

Anyone have any ideas as if they are charging 10p from every customer then WOW! they are taking a lot of money.

The 10p fee is a check to make sure the bank card that you submitted is valid, where the 10p charge is immediately credited back on to your card.

 

This is normal practice with NowTV when customer registers a bank card with the NowTV service.
