I have just joined now TV broadband fibre from Plusnet ADSL.
I received letter from Plusnet saying that my phone line is moving but not my broadband and that they will charge me for using this after the change over date? Is this a mistake. If so should I contact Plusnet or now TV? Also nowtv says I don't need an engineer visit but should they come to change the BT box to cope with the higher speeds?

The order with us will take over the broadband and the phone line from Plusnet.
If the engineer was not repuired when placing the order that would mean theat the equipment for the service will already be installed at the property.
