Is there anybody there at now tv

Ordered fibre 3 weeks ago. Went through online ordering. Selected install live date paid. I assumed I had made the order.
Just logged in to find no records. No hub tracking email. No contact number. Live chat won't work.
3 weeks of no internet waiting for absolutely nothing. Thanks a bunch for that now tv👎

When on the forum, go towards the top right of your screen next to your profile and notifications is there an envelope icon with 1 new message ?

 

If so, click on it.
