Anyone else highly disappointed with the speed or should I say lack of.not at all happy I'm not even getting near a quarter of what it's ment to be.

Me to. I am changing now to Three I am getting 679 Mbps with a 5g router costs £29 a month I get two unlimited sims with it. The router has a RJ11 phone connector.
I just have to cancel my Now TV now. £25 that costs me.
