Internet not working

My internet hasn’t been working since the 8th of march still not working now I’ve tried everything and it just won’t work I don’t know how to fix this issue I can’t find anything on this website

Also my bill is due today and I normally get a notification early that it’s been taken out and They haven’t taken my bill

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Can I assume you've checked the status of your line in this link?

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
