Have you tried to press & hold the reset button on the back of the NowTV router for about 10 secs.
If that doesn't work does the middle green light on the front of the router show (hub 2 version) or the smiley white face show on the older hub 1 router ?
Should there be no Internet light on, and you have double checked the wiring on the router, then you will need to contact the nowtv broadband team for further assistance.
