Engineer came oujt from BT via Now TV at agreed time and date.
Installation to house okay, but broadband not working as the engineer explained their was no available slots left at the local street cabinet and he would need to raise a job with Openreach to upgrade the cabinet.
He explained this could take over a week.
Until this was complete, I will not be able to get any internet.
I am being billed for broadband from the installation date but still have no internet, how can I get Now tv to suspend my commencement date until I actually have broadband?
