Increased price of fibre?

The payments have increased from £20 to £35.99 with no warning, I do not pay for any additional passes - is this an issue or just a price increase with no warning? Thanks

Well

It seems that your introductory offer, 12 months of lower than the norm, has just run out and that's probably tied up with the normal price increase that usually happens this time of the year.

You could try and negotiate another 12 months of lower than the upcoming £35.99 but it is unlikely that you will get that £20 offer again.

Good Luck
