So, I was supposed to get my Internet connected by Open Reach on the first week of lockdown but I was told that they could not enter properties - which in my case they needed to so they could install a new line but for some reason they ticked the job off as completed and I am now being billed for no Internet

The only option lately is to call the team to see if they can assist here due to live chat being closed. Be aware, you will probably be on hold for a while with the current situation.
If you click My account at the top--> broadband and calls
--> change my broadband (under broadband plan), a phone number will appear.
