All I want is a phone number so I can speak to someone at NowTV about my bill. Why is it almost impossible to find a phone number? I've been stuck in a loop with the stupid NowTV bot. What is a good phone number that I use to speak with a human?

i have cancelled now tv out of my bank twice now and on the app and it won’t cancel still took £10 out of my account i would like a refund as i don’t use it and have cancelled it many times and i would like my account shut down for good so no more money can come out of my account.

You should also put a payment PIN on your account if you wish to keep your account active.

What you posted is for TV streaming, broadband customers are only call centre.

This thread is within the broadband section. So wanted to clarify for other users to make them aware that live chat is TV and broadband is call centre.

There isn't a phone number, but I hope that this is useful -
Once you've logged in, go to the bottom of the homepage and hit complaint. Then select NowTV passes, then click on vouchers or offers. When that opens there will be a box that says i still want to complain. When you press that it's a simple form.
