I ordered NOW TV broadband two weeks ago and they sent a router in the post. It was supposed to arrive on Monday 1 Nov by Royal Mail 48, but the tracking on the Royal Mail site shows that they sent it to the wrong delivery office and since then there are no updates on Royal Mail so it seems the item is likely lost.
However, the NOW TV account page shows that the item was being delivered on 1 Nov (it should have been, but it wasn't). So I guess NOW TV don't actually monitor deliveries, they just assume Royal Mail don't mess up.
I'm strugging to find out how to deal with this. How can I inform NOW TV that my router hasn't arrived?
