Strangely enough a couple of people have encountered this when attempting to sign up to NowTV Broadband over the last few months.
With the £25 price is it saying Fab Fibre where maybe there is no std Broadband available or the allocation is full from the local BT cabinet in your area and Fab Fibre is the minimum service they can offer you (pure guess).
