I recently joined Now Broadband but I decided to have Pay as you calls. On consideration I would to change to Anytime Calls. I have tried ringing customer service but I can't find the right option on the phone lines. The options only seem to be for a fault or if you want to change payment or to leave. It is a pity that there is no option to change it in Your Account Section, it would save alot of time.
I would really appreciate if someone can help me please.

Try one of these numbers on the link page below or the screen shot.
If you get an automative message just pick the nearest that is relevant to NOW calls, where it should direct you to the same Broadband Team and if the wrong dept ask them to transfer you to the relevant dept.

Thank you for your help. I have managed to add the Anytime Calls to my Account.
