I cancelled my house moving and I would like to keep the service at my current address. I've been trying to inform it for more than one week.
As the chat is unavailable, I am only able to contact someone when I call customer services and choose the option "join NowTV". The people who answered in this option informed they cannot help. If I choose any other option the call is simply not picked up!!!
Result is that I will be paying for a service in a different address. I need to cancel this address change and have the service restored at the property I am occupying. It is affecting my job!!
Please help.
