Horrific customer service

Does anyone know how you contact these elusive people?

 

If you're lucky enough to find a contact number there is simply no answer. Been stuck with the annoying Ellie Goulding music for over an hour on two occasions with no-one picking up.

 

Broadband is perpetually offline and hasn't worked from the day I switched to Now Broadband.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Me too, awful awful broadband cannot get through to them wrote an email complaint and have not received an answer after weeks of trying.  No broadband, no Wi-Fi, nothing just no internet at times always on and off constant buffering if you do get through.  My husband and I cannot be online at same time. Absolutely nightmare!  Would leave if I knew how apart from getting a new broadband company.
