So that I don’t chase a already busy CS department, how long should it take to receive email confirmation of a home move order & see it in my account?
Don’t want to be ‘that guy’ who bothers CS & it arrives in my inbox a few hours later.

If you requested it today, wait until tomorrow. If you haven’t received it by then, chase them up.
also you can monitor progress via Manage My Account.
