Hey they’ve said I’ve not paid but it’s saying in my bank I have paid

Hey I they’re saying I’ve not paid my months bill when I have now they’ve just took £1 extra out my bank I even have a pic of the payment being paid on the 10th but it won’t let me email them the screen shot anyone have they’re email address much thanks

Thanks it seems to be resolved now hopefully haven’t anything pop up now just re did my card details so fingers crossed it stays that way again thanks

Now are acknowledging on Twitter/X that they have an issue with this, so for the moment you need do nothing.

And Now don’t take the £1, they just reserve the £1 - I.e. it affects your credit, but not your balance - which still proves to them that you have a working card. And they will release that reserve shortly afterwards.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
