I’m trying to contact now tv through live chat and sent a message to them directly and I tried all day yesterday and got the same, I’m trying to change my bill date for my broadband

I posted a link to live chat on your other posted message from yesterday.
If the link is not working try a different internet browser with the ad blocker disabled.
If you are a NowTV broadband customer, you may be better off giving the Broadband Team a call rather than using the live chat service.
You will find the telephone number by clicking on My Account (person symbol if using a mobile device) and from the drop down menu select "Orders & Appointments" and then click on the drop down arrow below your live date to see the telephone number.
Alternatively open this article below and click on the green link "Change phone extras" where a telephone number should appear on your screen for the NowTV Broadband Dept.
