For Gods Sake!

 only want to check if I can move my account to my new house. Around and around on the website which tells me I have to call to check this. Where is the bloody telephone number to call???!!!

Under the 'Broadband & Calls' section of your account scroll to the bottom and in big letters it says 'Moving Home?', click the 'Find out how' button beneath it and the number pops up straight away in a large font, along with some basic instructions about the process. That number is 03300 412 462.

Weird…I can’t see that!

Have you perhaps got your broadband on a different Now account than your streaming?

Can you see any indication on the account you are looking at that you have Now Broadband?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
