Finish setting up account problem

Hi
I ordered broadband and got 2 emails about finishing setting up my account but the link in the email doesnt take me to a page where it asks for any of the details that the email says. It takes me to a page where i have to enter all my details again just for the page to say that i already have an account. I can log into my account ok but i dont want to not be able to use my internet when it arrives just because i cant enter the proper details. Please help.

Welcome to the forum. Probably best if you give the broadband team a call to get that sorted. We've been asked not to post the number on the forum but I'll send you a PM with it.

They just said my account was already verified.
