Finish account setup

I've just signed up for fab fibre broadband and got installation date. I received an email asking me to finish setting up my account. It asks for my email, postcode, last 4 digits of my card and account number. I put all of them in correctly but it keeps saying my details don't match what I provided. I know for a fact that the details are correct so can anyone advise as to what's happening here? I'm having second thoughts already, it should be this difficult to confirm who I am. Thanks
