Feeling a let down...

so every month i check our payments and it says up to date and payments have been made,yet every month we get cut off and then the system says payment over due ,have had enough of this provider,terrible service dont even give you a few days grace like other providers,not happy at all

Welcome to the forum. Can't help you with your payment issue personally, but have you spoken to the broadband team about this to try and get it resolved yet? If not, I'd suggest giving them a call, explaining what happens and see if they can offer any suggestions.

Your best option is to contact the NowTV Broadband Team and explain to them what's happening, if you go to My Account > My Package there should be a telephone helpline number for NowTV Broadband customers.
