Existing account with upgraded package

I have a cinema and entertainment package, and have so for a couple of years now. I’ve just signed up to the broadband package with discount on the tv packages. Do I need to cancel my existing accounts to allow the new one to start or will NOW update the existing payments and give me the reduced cost? 

I don’t want to be over charged. Thanks.

My assumption is if you don't have any existing discounts on both the memberships it should be straightforward. 


Either way if you call the broadband team they should be able to explain further.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
