Error with registering an account + finalising the broadband order.

Hi,

I was finalizing the broadband set-up order when the payment page did not proceed any further after the security code for my card was applied. Furthermore, when I wanted to check details of my account, a red label saying "Oops - something went wrong. Please wait a moment and try again" appeared. 

What do I do?
