Erroneous charged monthly payment

You haven't updated the new contract and still charged 46.5 pounds instead of 22 pounds as stated in the contract dated 1 September. Please reply to me within the next three working days or make refund to me as soon as possible.

To think you’re speaking with staff on here you are gravely mistaken. You must speak with staff over the phone to get it sorted.
