The engineer was due between 8am and 1pm, I've been waiting in but still no arrival. The online chat doesn't work and I cant get telephone calls to connect to customer services. I've been paying for internet for 3 days now and it still isn't connected. Not a great start from this service

It was an 033 number. I did eventually speak to someone after 7pm who informed me that the engineer booking had been rejected because the advisor hadn't sent it through correctly. Just a shame I couldn't have been told that before waiting in all day. It has now been rectified though and an engineer came this morning to get the broadband working.
