My account says my last bill was paid on 12th March but it has not been taken from the card registered at the time of billing. The registered card has been cancelled and I have updated my account with my new payment card. Will payment be automatically requested again?

Thanks for the response. I found the hard to find live chat, not sure why it is burried a few pages down within the help section. Anyway I have made contact.
