Due bill payment

My account says my last bill was paid on 12th March but it has not been taken from the card registered at the time of billing. The registered card has been cancelled and I have updated my account with my new payment card. Will payment be automatically requested again?

Have you had email telling you that they try again take payment which they did with me but if need more help contact broadband team they explain it bit more.

Thanks for the response. I found the hard to find live chat, not sure why it is burried a few pages down within the help section. Anyway I have made contact.
