When you go to My Account > My Broadband & Calls > Orders & Appointments whilst logged in on here, what does it currently say with regards to your NOW Broadband order ?
If it has been cancelled, then give the NOW Broadband Team a call.
There should be a telephone number on the Orders & Appointments page by expanding the information on the screen.

Under Orders & Appointments what does it say about your Hub Router Shipment ?
Is it still being processed or is there a despatch date given ?
