Contradicting offers and customer service

I have just been told that Fab Fibre is not available in our area after being told for the whole week that it is available, and paid delivery fees twice after being cancelled due to wrong mailing address being filled in.

 

I am seeing fibre options on other service providers so I am unsure if I should believe the person who received my call.

 

Is there anyone around that can help me?
