I have been trying to get in touch for days. I cannot phone due to the costs for this. Where is this so called live chat????
I am trying to phone to make a payment to an overdue balance and also find out why my bill has gone up without notification.
Due to MH reasons the stress of this has been overwhelming and I will be cancelling my services.
